You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you already use SystmOnline you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Online access to Records for children aged 11-15 years
As more detailed access to records is becoming available the Wessex Local Medical Committee has advised surgeries to suspend online access for patients between the ages of 11 and 15 years. This includes proxy access for parents as well as access by the child themselves.
At the age of 16 patients can re-apply to the surgery to have online access for their own records.

On reaching the age of 16 years patients can apply to have access to their own online records. Applications are available from Reception or by clicking the link below.
