All patients should ring NHS 111 and they will contact Medvivo if they feel you need to see a clinician.  In some cases, you will be asked to attend an out of hours clinic and the details will be provided to you.

If you telephone the surgery number out of hours at any time, you will be informed of the correct number to contact for the out of hours service.  

NHS Direct - has been replaced by NHS 111

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
