Maternity Provision and Birth Centres

If you have just found out that you are pregnant it is important that you contact your Midwife at your local GP surgery or your GP as soon as possible.

Royal United Hospitals Bath provides maternity care in much of Wiltshire.

Birth place options include home births, hospital deliveries and birth centres.

Mums-to-be can have their baby at a Birth Centre if considered to have a low risk of complications during labour and are otherwise fit and healthy.
