Following the recent new ownership of Mere Pharmacy, there have been occasions when they have been unable to fulfil the full prescription request. We are not aware when this situation will be fully resolved.
If you wish your prescription to be sent to an alternative pharmacy, please let the surgery know.
You will need to let us know when to change your designated pharmacy back to Mere unless you would like all future prescriptions to go to the new choice.
